FundSERV - ESG 17 Changes

As you already know FundSERV is an organization that transmits data from fund companies to the dealership and vice versa. They enhance and change the type and content of information that is being transmitted between fund companies, dealerships and intermediaries.

Some of the changes include:

Automatic transmission of new clients to fund companies

Automatic transmission of a client's address change to fund companies or intermediaries

Automatic transmission of rep information changes to fund companies or intermediaries

Improvements in transmission of wire orders

and many more ...

These changes were implemented on June 19, 2006.

Rate of Return

The rate of return calculation has been implemented in our backoffice system as per IFIC guidelines. There were several requests from many of you and now it has been addressed. Thanks for all those who have sent in your feedback. Everyone of the feedback received indicated that they liked this feature.

We hope to continue to bring you such features that will empower the way you provide service to your clients.

New Corporate Website

Our website has now received a facelift. Nathan Stuart tapped into a number a resources to compile the content of this website. The look of the site has been greatly improved. It is certain that it will make all of our prospects, clients and associates very proud of the organization that we belong to.

We hope to continue to bring you such features that will empower the way you provide service to your clients.

New E-mail Server

A new e-mail server is expected to be implemented on the weekend of June 24-25, 2006. This new e-mail server will have the following features:

Spam Protection

Vacation Messaging

Ability To Change Passwords
